60-Day Return Policy

Return Period: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for any reason.
Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. This applies to all returns, including those for defective, damaged, or non-faulty items.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be received and inspected in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team at support@raffaellobellucci.com within 60 days of receiving your order. While we will assist with a replacement or refund, please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to our designated warehouse.

Non-Faulty Items (Change of Mind/Sizing)

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you may do so within 60 days. Return shipping costs generally range from $15-$22+ depending on the weight and dimensions, and must be covered by the customer.

Returns on Sale Items

We extend our 60-day return window to include non-faulty sale items as a gesture of goodwill.
Alternatively, we can offer a 50% refund for non-faulty sale items, allowing you to keep the item and avoid international return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Instructions

Designated Warehouse: All returns must be sent to our logistics center in Italy via tracked shipping.
Authorization: You must contact us before returning any items to obtain a return authorization.
Tracking: Returns without a valid tracking number will not be processed.
Customs Declaration: Please ensure a low declared value of $5 to $10 when sending returns to avoid unnecessary customs taxes.

Order Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be modified.
