Fulfillment and Shipping Information

As a US-registered company focused on providing competitive prices, all orders are fulfilled directly from our logistics center in China. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified only within 1 hour of being placed. Once the packaging or fulfillment process has begun, the order can no longer be changed.

Returns and Refunds

  • 60-Day Window: We offer a 60-day return period from the date of delivery.

  • Customer Responsibility: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Sale Items: While applicable laws may not require returns on sale items, we provide a 60-day return window for sale items as a gesture of goodwill, provided they meet our return criteria.

  • Warehouse Address: Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse in China via tracked shipping. Returns sent to our Wyoming business address will not be accepted or refunded.

Lost Parcels and Reshipment

In the event a carrier confirms a parcel as lost in transit, we may reship the order at no additional cost to you. If you prefer a refund over a reshipment, the refund can only be processed once the replacement parcel has been returned to our warehouse in accordance with our standard return policy.

Limitation of Liability

PRECOMMERCE LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this site, including loss of profits or data.
