Free Shipping Promotion

Eligibility: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a subtotal over 50€.

Conditions: If a discount code is applied, the final total must remain above 50€ to qualify. No additional codes are needed for this ongoing promotion.
Tracking Your Order

Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Updates: Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect in the carrier's system.

International Shipping & Customs

Refusal: If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned, shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations: You must contact us at support@raffaellobellucci.com within 1 hour of placing your order to request a cancellation. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled.

Address Accuracy: Incorrect addresses entered at checkout are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held accountable for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Missing or Lost Orders

Status Updates: If your order is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes scan packages prematurely.

Claims: If your order appears lost in transit, please file a claim with the carrier. If no resolution is reached after two weeks, contact our support team for assistance.
